Picking a bathroom remodeler is a big decision, and Arvada has plenty of companies to choose from. We remodel homes here every week, so we will be upfront: yes, we think we are a great choice. But a good remodel comes down to a few things you can check on any company. Here is how to choose, plus the companies doing solid work in Arvada.
What makes a good bathroom remodeler in Arvada
Before you compare names, these are the things that matter most in Arvada homes:
- They plan for older Denver homes. Homes here hide old plaster, dated wiring, and patched plumbing behind the walls. A good remodeler opens it up, shows you what is there, and fixes it right instead of covering it up.
- They handle the permit and inspections. Most bathroom remodels that move plumbing or touch electrical need a city or county permit. The right company pulls it and schedules the inspections so the work is to code.
- They put it in writing, line by line. A clear, itemized estimate, every material and cost, means no surprises later and an easy way to compare bids.
- They have real, recent reviews. Look for a steady stream of recent 5-star Google reviews, not a handful from years ago.
- The crew you meet is the crew that builds. Ask who is actually on your job. Owner-led crews tend to care more about the details.
Top bathroom remodelers in Arvada
Listed with the best fit first. We only include established local companies and describe each one fairly. We do not link out to any of them, so you can compare in one place.
1. JAC Enterprise (Top rated)
We remodel bathrooms all over Arvada, from the brick ranches around Olde Town to the newer homes on the west side. You work with Joshua, the owner, from the first walkthrough to the final clean-up, with one small crew instead of a rotating cast of subs. We plan for what is behind the walls in older Denver homes, pull the permits, handle the inspections, and put a clear, itemized price in writing before any work starts. That is the part homeowners tell us they remember most.
2. Colorado Customs Remodeling
A remodeler serving Arvada, Westminster, and the northwest metro with more than two decades of bathroom work. A reasonable second quote.
3. Reid Building Group
A long-running Arvada-area building company that handles bathroom remodels among other projects.
4. Jax Home Construction
An Arvada bathroom remodeler focused on higher-end master baths.
Why homeowners keep rating us 5 stars
Whoever you hire, read their recent Google reviews and look for a pattern. Across our own 4.8-star reviews, the same three things come up again and again: honest quotes, clear communication, and a crew that cleans up every day. One homeowner put it this way: "I highly recommend Josh and his crew. Professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with the whole way through." (Lance B., Google review). Find a remodeler people describe that way, and you are in good hands, whether that is us or someone else.
