How long will my project take?
A single bathroom is usually a couple of weeks. A kitchen or a finished basement runs longer, and a whole-home remodel longer still. We give you a realistic timeline with your estimate and keep you posted if anything changes.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Most remodels that touch structure, plumbing, or electrical need a city or county permit. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections so the work is done to code.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
For most single-room projects, yes. We keep the work area contained and clean up at the end of each day so your home stays livable. For a whole-home remodel we will talk through what makes sense.
How do payments work?
We put the full price and the payment schedule in writing before work starts, so you always know exactly what is due and when. No surprise charges.
Do you stand behind your work?
Yes. We do the job right the first time, and we do not disappear when it is finished. Any warranty details come with your written estimate.
