Lakewood runs from older established neighborhoods to newer areas like Belmar. We remodel both, and we plan each project around the home you actually have.
A lot of Lakewood homes have been around a while. We check what is behind the walls before we open them up, then update kitchens and baths without surprises.
Newer parts of Lakewood have their own layouts and finishes. We match the update to the home so it looks like it belongs.
Most structural, plumbing, and electrical work needs a City of Lakewood permit. We pull it and handle the inspections for you.
Dust barriers, floor protection, and daily cleanup keep the rest of the house livable while we work on one part of it.
